We don't compromise with our work and recruit a candidate on three major components. If any of the following conditions are not match within three months of hiring an applicant, we replace the employee at our cost during the period of 90 days.

• Professional Work :– Punctuality is the first metric you are judged on. Other than this, your efficiency as per the job description is the next basis.
• Medically fit :– The candidate should pass the government medical test and must be fit to perform the delegated work actively.
• Ability to Work :– The employee must be capable of performing all the duties as stated in the agreement.

Even after the three months, the guarantee period has passed we continue to work closely with the client and the staff to ensure their concern or issue between the parties and the works goes smoothly.
